So I have lost 1.5Kg in 5 days. I am so happy! Already fitting into pants that were uncomfortably tight in December. I've also been taking 5km walks with the dogs, so I feel great too.
FatSecret makes me feel slightly hungry all day, but ut sure does work. Maybe this time I can get down to 68Kg. Let's see how this session works!
