it seems I lose weight when I increase my carbs before my walk or workout. I also drank more than 8 cups of water yesterday. Not intermittent fasting for now and on a modified keto plan, more fibre, slightly less fat and slightly higher carbs. I feel full with three meals /day so I am going to track and log my progress with this for a month and see what happens. Walking every day really helps too.My mood and optimism improved. ALSO, I've been eating protein at each meal and having a cup of warm milk before bed. Burn fat while I sleep (my nutritionist told me that).
