I would suggest gradually reducing your calories (maybe 1750 then 1500 then 1250?) and gradually increasing your exercise. Walking is an easy and very sustainable option....try and aim for 10k steps a day and then gradually increase.
Also melon, particularly Cantaloupe melons are fantastic.....an entire melon (750grams) is only 250 Kcals.
Delicious and very filling.

Hi sweet. Can I ask what your macros are looking like. protein, fibre carbs etc daily intake.
Also a 1000 cal is on the low side. What sort of foods are you eating a day?

Hi, I am foodie with slow metabolism - always was so probably after stopping exercising regularly, changing to sedentary job and increasing portion sizes added to weigh t a lot. Plus pandemic stress.
Returned to young days rule - don't eat when not hungry - but when eat have small portions. Not counting ratios though daily protein portion is a mus for skin not to be affected, it will be either egg or two, few cubes of cheese as a snack with tea or on the salad or any meat but little.
Generally speaking - am eating everything I want just handful size for calorific food and two handfuls maximum for vegetables in any way I want.
And do not skip sleep - one hour earlier wake up move scales up with immediaactivte effect.
Still inactive main part of the day :(

Aim to eat 1500 cal a day.
Try eat 10g fibre to 100g carb
Proteins up - nibble on chicken trimmings, leerdammer cheese or the eat lean protein cheese. Fage yogurt or the kvarg protein yogurts. Have fibre one protein bars for a sweet treat . Great for protein without ruining anything else.
Can you get out and walk 30mins a day or walk at home. 10,000 minimum steps if you can.
Up your fluid intake be it water or black hot drinks.
But a 1000 calories is too low and will have you giving up in no time.
