It's so hard to figure out what is a lean gain versus just bad diet. I think it was a lean gain the other day, diet hasn't changed much, and now I'm down two pounds on my recovery day. Gonna work out tomorrow morning, feeling good.
168.7 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 78.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Got my workout in, went lighter weights, proper form, more reps. No sense lifting heavy if you can't keep proper form.
