+1일 (생리시작) 일단 붓기가 빠진듯. 살도 분명 쩠지만, 생리때라 몸이 불어난것도 있었나보다..(그래도 60키로 넘은건 몇년만이군) 아픈건 없으니 헬스장가서 유산소만 할 예정. 근력하려고 했지만 너무 과한 운동은 하면 않될듯 하여..ㅎㅎ
