Found a way to gain most of the back weight lost due to temporary work reassignment away from desk, therefore away from easy snacking/binging. Rats. It really shows that I'm an eater of convenience. Whatever is there, I eat, if situation is slightly stressful. Also, it helps to be in same small work group all day long, where I perceive social pressure not to binge eat.
