I really did everything to the T this week. I walked for a 1/2 hour at work 4 days, and I worked out on the elliptical at home 4 days. I never used any of my weekly points, and sometimes I even had a couple daily points left over. I also made sure to get my oils in 6 out of 7 days. And amazingly, I never felt deprived. I'm so proud of myself!
