Uhhh-uh-uhhh-uh-UH!♫ ♪(happy dance) ♪ ♫ Good-bye 6 lbs!

Going to the park for lunch with the kiddos (instead of in front of the telly)and then walking for half an hour afterwards has been a great and enjoyable change! Getting the whole family involved! Try to do this 3xs a week :)

Going to a ballgame tonight..NO CONCESSION STAND! LOL! Maybe I'll picnic it! Hope the weather cooperates!
