Apparently Ive been eating out too much, not drinking enough water, and not eating even close to enough vegetables. Ive only been back to the gym once, and Im so tired all of the time.
Plan of action: Take my daily pills - every day (duh) Add a daily vitamin D and Iron pill Make a gym plan. I have a workout regimen, I just need to get there Add a step goal - nothing too crazy high to start, but I need to be moving more Download a water app to help me drink more Log. My. Food. Get at least 1 serving of veggies with every meal.
