Back to tracking. Moved to a new city about 3 months ago and I've been on a "weigh by feel and sight" nutrional plan. Completed an awesome 8 week program in a new gym setting. Today was Day 1 in my preliminary week of a new program. I'm excited to give myself something to shoot towards again. One Rep At A Time!
