mistakes were made. I bought two bags of smart pop and brought them to my room. they didnt last the night. also my family had pizza last night and instead of eating what I prepaired I gave in. 100% not worth it and I'm mad at myself for indulging. I'm sharing this here to keep myself accountable.

Sometimes we are so restrictive these scenarios will happen. You acknowledged the potential consequences, so turn the page and move on. Big part of the journey is the side roads we get lost in, but eventually we get to that destination if we really seek a consistency that works for us.

It’s so difficult to do the “right” thing when it comes to your food intake, but you can do it for sure. I found that setting small weight goals within your master goal helps you feel better, and visualize the progress. You got this girl!
