Got to do a weigh in on an empty stomach for the first time in a while and the results speak for themselves😀. I purposefully don't have a scale at home so the only way I can weigh myself is if I go to the gym, smart if you ask me😅.
81.7 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
