Another pound off. Slow but sure progress, even though it will take another 3 months at this rate to reach my goal of 14st 5 (and there's Christmas in the middle of all that to contend with!)
Anyway, I'm not really too fussed about that particular goal, the one at hand right now is more psychological - to break that 15st barrier!
14st 13, sounds so much better than 15st. So am nearly there! Just 3 more pounds to lose and I'll hopefully become a 14 stoner! :) (I know that even this weight band isn't ideal for my BMI, but it's a huge boost for self-confidence nonetheless)
