Het Maandag geweeg toe was dit 96.2 so het oor naweek opgetel maar weer verloor so eintlik 1.1kg vir die week !!
95.1 kg Lost so far: 19 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
