@aita.aay mungkin karena saya suka makan apapun yang disukai tanpa merasa bersalah, cheat meaL tiap hari dan bisa OFF diet hingga 4 bulan, itulah yang bisa bikin istiqomah mbak.. Jadi kalo lagi capek diet dan stres berat, saya rehat diet duLu.. Saya yakin mbak juga bisa melalui proses dieT mbak dengan baik.. Yg penting semangat dan jangan strict ya mbak😍😍 agar awet Berat badannya turun terus🤗🤗💪💪
