I am grateful. setelah minggu lalu makan super duper banyak dan tidak sehat. minggu ini back on track lagi dan berhasil turun 0.4 kg, body fat turun 0.2%, walaupun massa otot turun juga tp ini karena proteinnya kurang. so happy 😊
72.6 kg Lost so far: 14.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
