After a week of no exercise, travel, horrible eating habits, and 10 of weight gain, it was good to see that getting right back into my routine yielded such great results. It just goes to show what a little discipline and faith in God can achieve. Thank you Lord, for giving me the desire, tools and friends to help me in this journey. You are SO GOOD!
