So it's some private classes I do with my PT as I live in another city from her. It was 3 30 mins classes a week, and I would do another 2/3 workouts to get at least 5/6 workouts in a week. Stayed within my calories of 1800 and did 13k steps daily. I had my off days and days where I had chocolate and takeout so I'm very pleased with the result!! Didn't starve myself, upped my protein rich foods and tried to stick to max two carby meals in a day and kept moving! Just goes to show losing weight doesn't have to be starving yourself or following fad diets!
