Wow, very poor week.
I still ate healthy, just went back into insomnia....
Had a lower back spasm on Saturday afternoon and nearly pressed the "Fluff it" button, if you know what I mean......

Got back into the eat right and exercise regime yesterday so I am hopefully back on track.
109 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 19 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
