Four days away in Chiang Mai and I put on 2.5kg. Been back for a week and a half and nearly lost it all now, which I'm actually please about, as I have eaten out quite a number of times (Malaysian lifestyle makes dieting hard) and I have not tested over 0.4 for ketones since I got back. My sister returns to Australia on Sunday, and then we will get back into serious ketogenic eating and hopefully see those ketones rise!
