I was afraid to get on the scale today in the fear that I would be discouraged if I gained a pound. I know weight tends to fluctuate, but in the early stages of my diet, I couldn't be discouraged. I weighed anyway and luckily I dropped a pound. Especially after I ate a taco salad and a low carb burger last night for dinner.
