No results from the stress test yet. Since they didn't say anything bad before I left, I did a ride last night. Was kinda cool out (we had two weeks of great weather so summer must be over now.) Felt good though so that's good.
88.0 kg Lost so far: 21.8 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

You'd think that for the $4000 that this is going to cost me, they could get back to me. I guess I'll have to call them. Did a 33 mile ride on Saturday (in the freezing cold) and felt fine. The triathlon is this coming Saturday. I won't be setting any speed records but I shouldn't have a problem finishing it.

Freezing cold eh? I thought everyone but us was having a heat wave. Boy, you know it was a tough spring when I'm standing by the window yesterday (and it was probably in the mid to high 60's outside) and when the cottonwoods started to bloom and send the fluff by, I panicked and thought it was snowing for a second. LOL!! I'm so excited for you for the tri. Wish I could come do it with you. You just gotta remember to have fun. It's truly an event that allows you to either take yourself VERY seriously, or be a total goofball and have fun.
