起床大完便❤️(昨天肚子脹氣,今天早上拉出好多,但感覺還是有💩

這幾天都吃學校附近美食
醬油啊什麼的都沒在避諱😅
居然還能維持體重體脂!!😍😍😍
也有可能是因為晚餐量減少(因為白天爆卡😆
