Really happy with a healthy loss this week. Managed 2 Aquafit classes despite feeling exhausted. Also allowed myself some treats thus week so feels sustainable. 😊
100.9 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
