I just said yesterday I wanted to be under 150 lbs by next week, I didn't know it would be the next day! such a great way to start the day. I hadn't seen my weight change in a couple of weeks, so this is very motivating!!
67.9 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
