Slight gain in weight so far. Thats good since I have been shifting to more lifting exercises (using a lot of P90X right now). Just checked my body fat and the calipers say I'm at 7.7% right now.

72.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
