So far so good, moving in the right direction, but very busy and distracted today, not paying attention to my eating. A friend just let me know her lung cancer is back and she’ s been told it’s terminal. My focus on myself went out the window. Being healthy and well is likely the best thing I can do for her. Sad today tough.
