Really need to track and exercise 😬 i swueezing myself into my clothes and feel awful with the extra weight.

Any tips to stay on track would be greatly reveived
71.5 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

eat barley bread , clarified butter, homemade butter , eat 2 meals a day , cut refined/packaged foods , drink green tea do High intensity interval training 4 days a week , in a nutshell maintain your weight with barley avoid high glycemic foods
