I’m turning into a fat pig. Have to stop snacking. Staying busy but still not walking my dog. I have to do better. Will have a healthy smoothie for lunch today. One step at a time. I can and will do this. At least I’m dressed.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
