구토 설사 후 -0.7kg😭😭😭
잘 때 따뜻하게 주무시고 아침에 찬 것은 주의해야겠어요ㅜㅜ
두유그릭에 냉동과일이랑 견과류 먹었는데 참혹한 결과가 나왔네요..
이렇게 목표 달성하기란..ㅣ
