Yellooooooooo! I'm back!
I'm very-very-very sore today! I went to the gym yest and took 2 classes in a row: Straight up step and Powerflex. It was very intense. I just starting weight lifting and bodybuilding so things are really strange rite now.. I eat really really clean, drink lots of water, eat a lot of protein, around 110g/per day (u suppose to eat 1g protein per 1lb of body weight), eat carbs b4 or after working out, such as banana, whole wheat bread etc.. And still I feel big! Idk why but I feel like my tummy got bigger, maybe due muscle pains?
I also have body workout plan for the whole week: Mon: Legs & Calves Wed: Back, Shoulders & Calves Fri: Bi & Tri Sat: Chest & Abs.
Still running, 3-4 times a week, 5k, speed/interval work and long distance.. Classes at the gym 4 times a week as well, so I'm expecting to look toned and ripped pretty soon haha, at least I'm determined! Bring it on!
