Started my journey of weightloss over a year a ago..and lost 2 stone over 6 months..and stayed at 11 stone give or take a few pound occasionaly with counting calories but not really clean eating. So for my travels next year i aim to reach my target weight of 10 stone 6llb..by christmas atleast..DAY 1 TODAY.
