I wonder why I don't feel jovial and excited??!!🤦🏾♀️ Anyways the last week was rather heavy but I managed to soldier on and keep at it. I am feeling lighter and more energetic. I'm super excited to see my clothes loosening up, and my legs and knees...YO! I'm happy... I'm learning to appreciate the small changes in my body as a whole. I look at this journey beyond just the weight, but the feeling I have every morning, the shaping of various places of my body, my skin glow, WOW! I'm enjoying these little wins... Have a lovely week my healthy eaters... let's exit August with brighter smiles, lighter energies, glowing skin and surrender the scale to the universe to align with positive energies❤🕯💃
