This better be muscle because I have been working really hard at the gym and eating right(hopefully). My measurements are down by half an inch in a lot of places, so that gives me hope. This is where I usually say, “nothing is working” and go back to bad habits. Let’s look at the big picture, I am only one month in to this new lifestyle, I have already lost 5 lbs. I am making new friends at the gym and not engaging in any crazy diets. I even had some lemon cake and went out to dinner 3 times last week. So, I will keep pushing and keep moving.🥰
