Tada 👐 The bad eating the last week+ is showing on the scale. Day two of being back on track and I want to keep it this way. Glad I am taking control quickly this time, since the last time I lost it, it resulted in gaining almost 60lbs back. Weirdly enough it was at almost the exact weight. My mind is messing with me, since my body is changing and all of a sudden all I see is my saggy skin (am about 100lbs down from my highest weight). I guess having skin hanging and being able to breathe and move easily is still better than carrying all the extra pounds 😁
