Since I began strength training I have found myself dipping in weight again. I will let it settle out where it feels comfortable as my original goal was simply to get within a healthy BMI. There are about 30 pounds within that range for me to work with so I don't have any particular number in mind, just going to see how it goes. This journey is about health for me and as I learn more, and have more energy, I try more. You all inspire me and I appreciate watching your successes, struggles and triumphs as well!
