I am finding it really difficult the last couple of weeks to stick to healthy eating and too many late night snacks sneak in. It was a tough week with the heat and my crewmate calling in, had to get everything done by myself, but I did it 😃 Off to another week, still with the next goal of being in the 170s in mind, so close I can almost taste it 🤪😆 Hope you all were successful on your journeys! 👍
