2° dia de foco total. Fiz 2 refeições: almoço (salada crua e 1 ovo cozido) e jantar (salada crua e bife ancho). Finalizei agora com prática de yoga.
78 kg Lost so far: 5.6 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.5 kg a Week
