finally losing again fat dropped .5, water raised .4 and muscle is up .2. sounds good to me.

What type of scale do you have that provides all this in information? Are you using something at the health club?

it's a bathroom digital scale. I cant post links here but if you google. "Body Fat/ Water/ Muscle Mass Bathroom Digital Scale" you will find some thing like what I have. I got mine on ebay for like 30 bucks 3 years ago.
