Done with 10 day detox. Eating and sticking well with diet. Tomorrow I start my 4 day detox, so I can eat normal over weekend. Yay! Happy to still be losing.
Enjoyed my 10km Fun Run on Saturday morning!!
78.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
