After eating a late supper 7PM ish and resting most of the evening. After a busy week. At 8:00 AM about to eat a late breakfast got back on the scale. 221 Lbs.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
