Wow, still sore from the Asylum: Strength and Insanity: Pure Cardio combo. Just got done with Speed and Agility and will do P90X: shoulders/arms + Ab Ripper X next :)

Hey Challenge buddies, try to eat well today and get active.
72.1 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I like your regimen, I'm doing something similar; I'm using some of the 1 on 1 to intermix with the P90X/Insanity/Asylum programs. Way to Bring It! As Tony Horton said, "....now it's just Bring It, Bring It, X- me X- me."
