I almost always have a gain when I've battled to keep up with my protein macros (45P | 30C | 25F), also going away for 2.5 weeks let's hope I stay mindful of my eating habits 😅
61.2 kg Lost so far: 23.8 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
