Yessssssss! At last below the elusive 71kg mark. just less than 3 weeks to go before we go on holiday. Can I drop below 69 by then? Then all restraint will fly out the window!
70.9 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
