I hope that I will lose more next week..a day at a time though!
80.7 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Thanks for the encouragement Sheryl lynn! I would love to buddy up, what did you have in mind? I am not on Atkins, I am doing Michael Thurmans body makeover for body type A. Have you ever heard of it? If you have any specific ideas or some challanges or anything you would like us to try together just let me know.

Hey, I know you didn't ask me but I noticed you've been eating the Atkins bars. You should be aware that they can stall weight loss, particularly while you're on Induction. If you really want to get your weight loss going, you may want to limit those for a while & save them as a treat. Some folks even cut them up into pieces & freeze them. I know it's hard to stay away from sweets, especially at the beginning of a low carb diet, but you're less likely to have cravings if you can push through for a bit. Try MIMs or sugar free Jell-O (in moderation) for that sweet tooth. Many Atkins folks have found that they were sensitive to artificial sweeteners...of course, they found out the hard way. :)

Morning Sheryl Lynn. Yes one day at a time. I find that my body is so unforgiving, by that I mean when I am not on program it shows immediately in my weight. I know exactly the things that make me stall or gain. We just regroup, recharge, and do better the following week. We must remember to stay encouraged! Lord Jesus, I pray that we remain consistent in well doing, guide us in our eating choices and give us the strength we need to remain faithful to the healthy ways you are showing us. We thank you in advance for a lean, strong body, renewed mind and spirit to better serve you and your purpose in JESUS Name AMEN!!
