I can hardly believe I'm nearly to my goal. Lost almost 40 lbs since Feb 9 with Keto way-of-eating (aka low-carb, high fat, aka NSNG) and walking every day. I'm rarely hungry, enjoy the foods I eat and don't miss the foods I don't eat. Reading Gary Taubes, Nina Teicholz and Vinnie Tortorich has been completely life-changing.
