I really don't get how I can keep my carbs down and still wind up gaining weight. I'm hoping that it's a bit of water, though that and tea are my current beverages of choice. Only thing occurring to me is that it could be PMS. TOM is approaching in the next week and a bit, so anything is possible. Determined NOT to go on a full-scale icecream and chocolate bender this month.
For those who don't mind a little TMI, avoid the IUDs without hormone if you can. They have made that week of the month a living hell for me. I think that if I have to get another one at any point, I'll opt for the Mirena with hormone, as it apparently can help. Not happy. :(
