Impressive and hard work for sure. That's my goal is to be under 20% bf. Not sure what lifetime that will be🤣But I'm working towards it.

Ha ha! I hear that! My trainer showed me that I started at 30% bf 3 years ago and have lost 30 lbs of fat and gained 20 lbs of muscle. Just tells me that the process is a long term endeavor and the quick fixes don’t fix much.

Well that gives me a little hope. I've kind of been beating myself up over the bf % . I'm like man I mostly eat clean and I work my ass off in the gym. It literally seems like an eternity for it to even come down some. But I'm more than likely just being to hard on myself. It's a double edge sword... proud of where I am but always wanting more. Good and bad I suppose.

It’s difficult not to be hard on yourself, but hang in there! I added creatine to my regiment recently and it’s been great for recovery and strength gains.
