YEA!!! Today I went under 190 lbs. I am going to roll around in that today. Tomorrow who knows. Still struggling with snacking. It is a constant battle and one I do not intend on losing. Old habits are so hard to break. I have found they appear without warning and it would be so easy to go back to the old ways. I know that is not an option and I really do not want to do it anyway. I like how I look and especially how good I feel. I have a spring in my step that I have not seen in several years. This is not a diet for me but a way of life and it is here to stay.
