Damn sandwich did me in. I had actually lost another pound yesterday and gained it back this morning.
All I could think about this morning was Starbucks and a muffin. Promised myself if I made it to work without stopping at Starbucks I'd have a slice of toast when I got in. (woo-hoo.)
